The AACU is working as part of a coalition to pass co-pay accumulator legislation in several states during the upcoming 2023 legislative sessions. Currently, we are working in support of Ohio HB 135. We submitted written testimony to the Senate Health Committee and will continue to advocate for this legislation and similar bills this year.
