In this presentation, Dr. Laura Santurri, Interstitial Cystitis Association (ICA) Executive Director, will introduce the ICA and explain how the organization supports urologists by equipping patients with trusted education, practical resources, and a strong community, helping them engage in care and adhere to management plans.

Dr. Santurri will highlight the ICA’s work in advocacy, education, and community-building, and share ways the organization can complement clinical practice by improving patient understanding, reducing misinformation, and strengthening the patient–provider partnership.
