Prostate cancer screening. This bill would prohibit a health insurance policy from applying a deductible, copyament, or coinsurance to coverage for preventive care screening services for prostate cancer for an enrolled or insured who is 55 years of age or older or is 40 years of age or older and is high risk, as defined.

Biomarker testing. This bill would prohibit a health insurance policy from requiring prior authorization for biomarker testing for an enrollee with advanced or metastatic stage 3 or 4 cancer.
