- A set of FAQs providing guidance on provide guidance on NSA requirements, including qualifying payment amount qualification calculations and how NSA protections related to closed- and no-network plans.
- A status update on the federal IDR process and provided additional guidance detailing on a new page on the CMS NSA website.
